Platen Head System:

The basic 500-frame system, supplied without spindle, capable of accepting custom heads installed for job specific applications, including gauging heads and multi-spindle heads.

Horizontal Spindle Systems:

H-30 Shelf Unit:
50-taper, 30 hp capable horizontal spindle Options include automatic drawbar, coolant thru spindle Spindle speed range up to 8,000 RPM. Custom spindles with speeds above 20,000 RPM available as options

THH-15 Shelf Unit:
HSK 80 or ABS 50 spindle style, 6-station, turret head system with 15 HP capability. 2.5 second tool change time. Coolant thru spindle available. Spindle speed range up to 8,000 RPM

Vertical Spindle Systems:

V-15 Shelf Unit:
a 50-taper, 15 hp capable vertical spindle Coolant through tool and automatic drawbar available.

Twin Spindle Horizontal CNC Machining Center:

H-30 Duplex:
The CellCon H-30 Duplex CNC offers two opposing spindles for high volume production. This configuration of two units on a single base simplifies gantry style automatic part transfers,

while allowing simultaneous machining of two sides of a workpiece, or two ends of a shaft in a single setup. Each side may also act as it's own independent CNC. Optional rotary tables or index tables offer machining agility in multiple fixture setups.

The GE Fanuc CNC controls & drive systems have AC brushless motors for dependability. Standard CNC control features include rigid tapping, helical interpolation, polar coordinates, and 48 additional work offsets. Each machine can accept additional input/output cards for automatic part transfer, gantry style loading and other PLC features.

The 30 HP 50 Taper spindles provide metalcutting horsepower when you need it. Select a 2000, 3000, or 6000 standard spindle RPM's. Feedrates available to 400 IPM (10.00 MPM), Optional automatic drawbar system allows coolant thru tool increasing tool productivity and tool life. Both spindles utilize a six front spindle bearing arrangement to 6000 RPM for extended spindle durability in high thrust and load applications.
